How to setup a proactive chat trigger

To add a chat trigger, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to your account.
Step 2: Click Menu > Settings
Step 3: Click Chat Triggers from the left.
Step 4: Select a condition from the Visitor dropdown.
Step 5: Specify Time in seconds.
Step 6: Paste the URL of the page the trigger will be activated.
Step 7: Type your proactive message to shoppers.
Step 8: Click Save
You can repeat these steps if you want to add another chat trigger.
