Adding live chat to your site or online store is now easier than ever!
Getting started with Offerchat live chat for eCommerce has been updated to be as simple as possible so that you can see how it works right off the bat.

Set it up and chat with your shoppers in less than 5 minutes.

Step 1. Open an Offerchat account using your email.

Step 2. Create your profile.

* Fill out your account details.

*Enter your website URL and try the chat widget on your site before installing anything.

Step 3. Preview the widget on your site.

See how the live chat widget works on your site. You can do three things:

Set a welcome greeting for your customers

Tweak the widget’s color

Position the widget left or right

Ready to go? Add your website to your Offerchat account by clicking Next in the preview screen.

Get the code and paste in to your website’s HTML theme. Instructions are on the screen. Or you can just click “Send this code to your webmaster” and it will be emailed to your designated webmaster or developer right away.
