Offerchat is 100% free because our revenue model is solely based on offering live chat outsourcing services. Offerchat agents can cover your chats when you are not able to. But if you don’t need flexible chat agents, that’s fine. We want as many businesses as possible to use our free, full-featured tool. In exchange we get a little bit of exposure through the free widget on your site. In using our live chat solutions, there are no hidden fees, ads or gimicks. We’re just cool like that.
