Change display name on the chat widget

The display name is the name that appears on your live chat widget visible to website visitors and customers. You can choose to have a display name that’s different from your full name in your Offerchat account.

To change or modify your display name on the live chat widget, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Click Menu > Account

Step 3: Type your preferred name under the Display Name field

Step 4: Save changes
